clrHorizon - a Salesforce Risk Management System
When Comelite Cloud first took on this project, the goal was to understand the existing clrHorizon infrastructure. The clrHorizon platform was originally developed 3 years ago, but the needs of risk management in business have evolved and changed since then. Based on their analysis, the Comelite Cloud team discovered and researched new features and app enhancements that were able to take the clrHorizon platform to the next level.
The first step the Comelite Cloud team took was moving the clrHorizon application from Salesforce to Lightning, a second generation Salesforce platform that offers the latest innovation and a mobile-first approach. The offerings of Lightning aligned with the analysis of existing services and the individual goals of the client. Another major part of the solution for clrHorizon was fixing existing gaps and adding more features and reports to enhance the user experience of the app.
After tackling the challenge and discovering a solution for clrHorizon, the outcome resulted in a 50 percent increase in sales. The client is happy, satisfied, and looking forward to the future growth opportunities provided with the expanded capabilities of the clrHorizon app.
