The Challenge

911Inform had several stakeholders in the flow, and needed to manage the communication, sales flow and integration of all stakeholders within one platform. They also used a complex sales flow, including 3 types of contacts, with a subscription system, and approvals. Comelite Team organized the steps of Sales, from Leads to final conversion of Opportunities to make a seamless flow within Salesforce, using the maximum value of Salesforce. They also had specific lead sources and tracking of events and campaigns, which required a custom object. Comelite Team did a lot of UI improvements and page layout designs for the different record types.

The Solution

Comelite Team was given the opportunity to setup Salesforce CRM for 911Inform, a New Jersey company aiming to help schools by bridging the gap between the police department, first-responders, and key building personnel, enabling two-way communication and control over any crisis situation. Designated emergency personnel can access live video feeds, voice capabilities, door access controls, and other tools to better manage the crisis situation.

Comelite was assigned to develop and implement an Enterprise Edition Salesforce with Lightning Experience for a B2B emergency response software business.
